Myo Inositol

I was diagnosed with PCOS two years ago and my doctor recommended trying inositol before going on metformin. I did a lot of research and the 40:1 ratio kept coming up in the studies as the most effective. This is one of the few brands that actually uses that ratio with Caronositol which is the branded D-chiro form. After 3 months my cycle has become regular for the first time in years. My fasting insulin dropped from 22 to 14. I still have work to do but this has been a huge part of my progress. My RE was genuinely impressed at my last visit.
