All the things you need to look for
If you review, Berberine is effective but you look out for GMP and made in USA. Many are not. This one is.

Doctor recommended
My doctor who focuses on more holistic and natural alternatives to medicine advised me to take this years ago. I only now came across an advertisement for it a few months ago and gave it a shot. I can only say I can't believe I didn't do this sooner! I steadily weened off metformin (which was giving me side effects seemingly more headaches than I normally have every month since taking it years ago). Now I am off that. Berberine is a plant derivative. For me, no side effects! Can't say better things about this product and about this company. My doctor is also amazed at my controlled enzyme ranges and BG levels. Amazing!

Absolute essential in medicine cabinet
I take this religiously as my friend recommended me this for regulating my blood sugar levels. I've weened off metformin entirely because of berberine and feel so much better. This is an herbal alternative for me no side effects and I feel very safe. I've researched on this topic so much and there are so much misinformation that it may not work and yet here it is dropping my labs into normal ranges after stopping pharmacy drugs. I can't review berberine more highly and this company for introducing me to what it is!!
