    LOVE LOVE

    This has helped me sleep (im an insomniac), helps me focus by getting rid of anxiety, and keeps me active the morning after! Gets rid of that "burnt out" feeling (I'm in university so I get that feeling A LOT). Love this!! Only thing is, I use half the reccommended dosage because you have to consider your body weight and how your body metabolizes things. When I take the reccommended dosage, which is more than I should be taking, I find that I get extreme nausea in the mornings, so just watch out for that! Other than dosage issues, its fantastic and I cannot say enough how much this has helped me.

    I have had insomnia for several years

    I have had different degrees of insomnia for the last four years. I believe my sleep was first impacted by the formation of ananeurysm from stress. Which shortly after leaked. Later on I also suffered a concussion, which also impacted my sleep. I find since taking the ashwagandha I'm waking up less in the night and it's not taking quite as long to fall asleep at night.

    Great product

    I really like Ashwagandha to help keep me get back to sleep. My sleep is interrupted every night as I take care of someone with physical disabilities. Without Ashwagandha I can never get back to sleep, but when I take it I can do the things I need to do and go back to bed and sleep! I wake up without the groggy feeling some sleep aids produce. Never upsets my stomach or has any after taste. I would recommend this product
