I've been a nurse for over 20 years, mostly in GI clinics, and I'm pretty skeptical of most cleanse products. We see patients come in all the time after using harsh stimulant laxatives marketed as cleanses and ending up with dependence or electrolyte problems. So when my sister kept pushing this on me I rolled my eyes for months. Finally read the ingredient panel. It's mostly fiber, magnesium, and herbal blends at sensible doses. Not the senna and cascara nightmare I expected. Tried it because constipation runs in my family and I'd had a rough stretch after vacation. Took about 4 days before I noticed anything, which is actually a good sign in my opinion. By day 6 I was regular again.
