All the things you need to look for
If you review, Berberine is effective but you look out for GMP and made in USA. Many are not. This one is.

Good quality supplement
Berberine HCI I read is very effective but harder to absorb. I think this brand blended it with the bark to help with that issue. My blood sugar levels have improved dramatically and for me this means no more naps after lunch which is very important when I'm travelling with my husband. We did a hike up Yosemite a few weeks ago and I had no issues keeping up. My husband was very surprised and so was I!
